This two-toned cap features breathable mesh and contrast stitching on the bill. Fabric: 100% cotton twill front panels and bill (Solids); 65/35 polyester/cotton twill front panels and bill (Heathers); 100% polyester mesh mid and back panels. Standard sizing for centered designs is 2.3" H and 4.2" W (while keeping your designs aspect ratios). The maximum embroidery field size is 2.3" H by 6.3" W. Because of the nature of embroidery, not all graphics can be converted into embroidery, some very fine text and details have to be removed.
